Steve Schlageter
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve Schlageter serves as Chief Executive Officer of Thomas James Homes. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning homebuilding, real estate development, strategic planning, and operational execution.
Prior to joining TJH, Steve spent 18 years at PulteGroup, where he held a series of senior leadership roles across strategy, operations, and division management, including Division President of Raleigh, Area President of the Northeast Business Unit, and Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy. His career reflects a consistent focus on building scalable operating models, strengthening performance disciplines, and aligning teams around clear business objectives.
At Thomas James Homes, Steve is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, operational performance, and long term growth. He is known for a pragmatic, results oriented leadership style and a strong emphasis on organizational clarity, accountability, and execution.
Steve’s leadership is grounded in the belief that durable growth is driven by disciplined operations, thoughtful capital allocation, and a relentless focus on customer experience. He continues to guide TJH’s evolution as the company expands its model and redefines how homes are delivered in urban markets.

Edward Youn
CHIEF FINANCIAL STRATEGY OFFICER
Edward Youn serves as Chief Financial Strategy Officer at Thomas James Homes, where he oversees corporate and strategic finance functions as well as capital markets. He focuses on driving financial performance and architecting a capital structure that supports TJH’s long-term operational and growth objectives.
Prior to joining TJH, Edward held strategic finance positions at Chobani and La Colombe, where he was a key member of the team that executed Chobani’s acquisition and integration of the national coffee company.
His career also includes time at Arlon Capital Partners, a food and agriculture-focused private equity fund, and Investment Banking at Citigroup in New York. Edward holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Dan Ginsberg
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Dan is responsible for all things people-related, including employee experience, total rewards, payroll, talent acquisition, organizational development, HR systems, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Dan brings more than 30 years of related HR experience in retail, operations, hospitality, and consulting. Prior to joining the TJH team, he served as senior vice president of human resources at Macy’s for 12 years, and most recently, as a consultant, helping organizations build their people, processes, and practices. He was also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University for 20 years, where he taught courses for the industrial/organizational and organizational behavior psychology programs in the US and China.

Dan is a senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the board of directors for the Slippery Rock University Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a minor in business administration from Slippery Rock University, and a Master’s degree in organizational behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Pete Girgis
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Pete Girgis brings more than 20 years of experience in leading and developing technology for many organizations. Serving in both public and private global companies across diverse industries, Pete has led Information Technology teams dedicated to assisting companies in achieving their strategies, growing their business and mitigating risks. He has worked with teams to optimize processes, enable technologies and ensure all operate in a secure & compliant environment.

Pete joined Thomas James Homes after his tenure at CalAmp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP), a global leader in Internet Of Things solutions. During his time at CalAmp, Pete worked with the team to consolidate six entities onto a global Oracle cloud ERP, consolidate instances of Salesforce, and migrate to a common infrastructure and network globally. Prior to CalAmp, Pete served as the CIO for Dunn-Edwards Corporation, and held various IT leadership roles across many business verticals prior to that role.

Pete holds a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, and honorably served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Len Devanna
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Len Devanna is a senior marketing and customer experience executive with more than twenty five years of experience leading growth, digital strategy, and customer centered transformation initiatives. His career has focused on helping organizations strengthen how they attract, engage, and serve customers while aligning brand, demand generation, and revenue performance.
Prior to joining Thomas James Homes, Len led digital marketing and global customer experience initiatives at Lucid Motors and held senior leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and EMC. At EMC, he played a key role in advancing the company’s digital strategy and transformation efforts, work later examined in academic and business forums.
Len has advised organizations across technology, consumer, retail, and financial services, supporting leadership teams on growth strategy, customer insights, and go to market effectiveness.
At Thomas James Homes, Len leads marketing, demand generation, digital, and customer experience, partnering closely with sales and division leadership to strengthen demand to revenue performance, improve customer visibility, and deliver a more confident and transparent homebuilding journey.

Jake Tucker
CHIEF ACCOUNTING AND INVESTMENT OFFICER
Jake Tucker serves as Chief Accounting and Investment Officer at Thomas James Homes, where he leads the company’s accounting organization and supports investment priorities that align capital with strategic objectives. He oversees financial reporting, operational finance, and internal controls, and leads the company’s investment committee, reviewing new land acquisition opportunities and recommending approvals that fit TJH’s strategic and financial goals.
Prior to joining TJH, Jake worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young and held a range of accounting and finance leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has focused on streamlining accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and making financial reporting more useful for decision-making.
Jake holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant.
